Who will win the heisman?

yoo....yardbarkers....this is calvin pace, i hope this blog finds everybody in good spirits as the holidays come closer. This is the perfect time of the year because the nfl playoff picture is shaping up, college basketball is getting started, and the bowl picture has been determined. i must say that i am BEYOND disappointed that my wake forest demon deacons are going to the eagle bowl on dec 20th and against a team they already played. To go along with that how can clemson go to the gator bowl after getting embarrassed most of the season and their head coach getting fired? i dont want to sound like a hater but thats nonsense..... The national championship shaped out like it was supposed to with florida and oklahoma advancing, i think that will be the best matchup of the two most talented teams since texas and usc played a couple of years back. i must admit that i wasnt a tim tebow believer especially when he won the heisman but after watching a couple of games this year and the sec championship game he looks more and more like a real quarterback who can read defenses and win games instead of a fullback but im not sold on sam bradford. Who do you guys think will win the heisman? And is there anybody who should be invited to the heisman presentation that isnt going?

  Welcome to the Yard, Calvin. I hope my Ravens play y'all in the playoffs, LOL. Anyway, great blog. Nice candid insights college football. I hope Tebow wins the Heisman, and Oklahoma wins the national championship. I don't really follow college football enough to have an educated opinion on who deserves the Heisman, though. You think Tebow will vote for himself?

  I would have liked to see Graham Harrell head to the ceremony ... he had more yards than other QBs and led his team to a solid 11-1 record.

  Tim Tebow I think is gonna walk away with the Heisman because of how he played not because of the Stats and I'm going with the Gators to win the National Championship as well,Oh By the way Welcome to the Yard Calvin..Dewey Tebow already said that he would vote for McCoy,Class Act.

  All three Big 12 guys are more deserving than Tebow. OK, Tex and TT won on the strengths of their QBs. Tebow was great, but FL's D was more impactful on their Ws than OK and TT for sure.

  I think that Sam bradford will probably win the heisman, i feel like the voters will vote for a clear cut QB over a kid that already won it last year that's pretty much a RB/QB. I think that there's no way graham Harell shouldn't have been invited.

  I would say that Colt McCoy deserves it the most, but it will probably be Tim Tebow since everyone will say he knocked off the Crimson Tide at the end.

  Well, Bradford won the Davey O'Brien Award. If they already picked him as the best quarterback, doesn't it make sense he should win the Heisman as well? Maybe it's just me, but since his competition are all quarterbacks... I'm just saying.

  I say McCoy because of his all around skill this year, rushing, throwing, etc. But Tebow's performance was incredible as well. I don't think Harell deserves to be in NY, I just think he was an OK QB with a great offense line up.
